Refund & Cancellation Policy for Provenshop Plus

At Provenshop Plus, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for orders, cab bookings, rentals, and service bookings made through our platform.

By using Provenshop Plus, you agree to this policy.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation Before Order Confirmation

Users may cancel an order before the store/vendor confirms and processes it.

In such cases:

  • Full refund will be initiated if payment was already made.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

b) Cancellation After Order Processing

Once the order has been accepted, packed, dispatched, or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds in such cases will depend on:

  • Vendor approval
  • Delivery status
  • Nature of the product

2. Refund Eligibility for Product Orders

Refunds or replacements may be provided in cases such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Expired products
  • Duplicate payment
  • Order not delivered

Users may be required to provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Order details
  • Proof of issue

Refund requests must generally be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds may not be applicable for:

  • Perishable items after delivery
  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged after acceptance
  • Orders canceled after successful delivery
  • Customized or special-order products

Certain vendors may have additional return restrictions.


4. Cab Booking Cancellation Policy

a) User Cancellation

Cab bookings may be canceled before the ride starts.

However:

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on timing and driver allocation.
  • Repeated unnecessary cancellations may lead to account restrictions.

b) Driver or Partner Cancellation

If a driver cancels the ride or service is unavailable:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed automatically.

5. Service Booking Cancellation

Users may cancel service bookings before the service provider begins work.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Cancellation timing
  • Provider policy
  • Type of service booked

Some services may include non-refundable booking fees.


6. Rental Booking Refunds

Rental cancellations and refunds may vary depending on:

  • Rental provider terms
  • Booking duration
  • Time of cancellation
  • Damage or misuse of rented items

Security deposits, if applicable, may be partially or fully withheld in cases of damage or policy violations.


7. Failed Payments & Duplicate Transactions

If payment is deducted but:

  • The order is not confirmed, or
  • A duplicate transaction occurs,

Eligible refunds will usually be processed automatically within 5–10 business days.

If the issue persists, users should contact support.


8. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed through the original payment method.

Estimated timelines:

  • UPI/Wallets: 1–5 business days
  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–10 business days

Actual timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.


9. Referral Rewards & Promotional Credits

Referral bonuses, cashback rewards, and promotional credits:

  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • May expire based on promotional terms

Provenshop Plus reserves the right to revoke rewards obtained through misuse or fraudulent activity.


10. Fraudulent Activities

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Abuse of refund policies occurs
  • False claims are submitted
  • Multiple suspicious transactions are identified

Accounts involved in fraudulent behavior may be suspended permanently.


11. Changes to This Policy

Provenshop Plus reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted within the app or official platforms.
